I wanted to layout my experience in a manner that better reflected my samples of work. The road less traveled is the road for me. As I continue to help create training solutions for those looking to improve their lives, I will document  and reflect upon the journey. There is much to be learned not only in doing, but also in reflecting.

Instructional Design Intern
Bisk Education, Inc. | Tampa, FL | August 2016 – Present
  • Participate in analysis and design meetings with faculty, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other instructional design team members

  • Serve as Executive Officer, ex-officio member of all standing committees, and preside over all meetings.

  • Assure all meeting and functions are conducted in an orderly fashion as well as adhere to campus/University policies and regulations.

  • Act as official spokesperson and represent the mission, vision, and goals of the organization.

VP  of Member Development | Tampa, FL | Oct 2015 – May 2016

  • Responsible for all recruitment endeavors, alumni outreach, and member education including resources “Welcome/Check-In” email to new/returning students throughout the semester.

  • Work with the Vice President of Programming to plan a networking event including IDT alumni each semester.

  • Post weekly updates on job, internship, networking opportunities on all social media channels; present at seminar sessions and lead any/all recruitment endeavors.
